Fitness Event: Burn Boot Camp

The Burn Boot Camp workout is designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes with an average burn of 700 calories per camp. Burn provides towels and a floating floor so no need to bring a mat. Please wear comfortable work-out clothes and a good pair of cross training shoes along with a water bottle.  After the workout, all are invited after for refreshments.
