What is Newcomers?

• Newcomers is a fun, active, non-profit organization that has been serving area women through its many activities and events for nearly 50 years.

• We know you will be happy with your decision to join Newcomers.  Our members have found fun, friendship & fellowship and have pursued new interests and talents through our club.

• We offer varied opportunities to get involved through Newcomers via social events and community outreach.  This can include participation in one of our regular monthly activities or other special events, volunteering to lead or serve on a committee, or helping the community through one of our fundraisers.

• We are a fun, hip, group of women living in Downers Grove and the surrounding suburbs. 
  
• Members are new and longtime residents, working professional women, stay at home/work at home moms, and single & married women of all ages. 
  
• We enjoy the opportunity to meet and get to know other women in the area through social activities and fundraising events for local charitable organizations.
   
• Members reside in Downers Grove, Lombard, Woodridge, Darien, Westmont, Lisle, and Western Springs
