Join us for a “Total Body Burn” class at Real Life Fitness in Naperville. Class will start at 6:30pm, please plan to arrive ~10 mins early.
Total Body Burn focuses on full body exercises that combine various fitness principles to include strength, endurance, power and core. Workouts utilize high intensity and fat burning movements designed to challenge you and drive results.
