Sweat for a Good Cause: Charity Fitness Event

Join your DGAN friends and some of our resident fitness instructors to support Camp Bangarang!  Our workout will include 20 mins of boxing, 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training, and 20 mins of yoga.  

Afterwards, recharge with appetizers and beverages provided by DGAN. Wear comfortable clothes, and please bring boxing gloves/wraps if you have them (no worries if you don’t as we’ll have extras).

Most importantly:  Proceeds from the event will benefit our charity, Camp Bangarang!
