Newcomers isn’t just a social activity club! Our membership is a talented, caring group of individuals and we want to share our talents with and give back to our community! Each year Newcomers selects a local charity as the beneficiary of the club’s fundraising activities. In years past we have hosted a family concert at the Tivoli Theatre performed by well-know artist Justin Roberts. We hold raffles, fundraising events and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Each year we donate a portion of our proceeds to our selected charity for that year.

Our charity for 2021-2022 is People’s Resource Center (PRC). PRC provides services to respond to hunger and poverty in Dupage County.  With nearly 26,000 Dupage residents relying on PRC each year, they are able to offer food, clothing & rent assistance through the use of volunteers and community. PRC has also connected people with additional resources - education & tutoring jobs, technology, art - to create a future of hope and opportunity. Their success comes from volunteers in the community and donors.
